Our employees live in our community so we support their interests in this realm whenever possible through charitable donations in kind, volunteer hours or monetary contributions. It is our aim this year to sponsor NRI representation at a number of fundraising events (with t-shirts or hats) so as to give our employees a greater sense of unity. We do not limit ourselves to the local community, but also include the global community within a portion of our initiatives. We devote a substantial amount of energy to being a positive contributor to social causes and we look for suppliers and clients that are doing the same.
In continuing to think globally, it is our commitment that we will consider the environment when making decisions that have the potential to impact the environment. Our current focus is on increased utilization of recycled packing / shipping materials, and recycling whenever possible. We will continue to make the choice that better benefits, or lessens the negative impact, on our environment. We welcome and reward any proposed initiatives that will aid us in this endeavour, and strive to partner with companies who share these environmental values.
