NRI breaks ground on a new additional facility in Kamloops, BC. Once completed in early July, this 53,000 square foot facility will bring NRI's total space in Kamloops to 142,000 square feet.

NRI completes their move into a new facility in Brampton, Ontario. NRI opened its first operation in Ontario in 1998 in a 9000 sqft building in Etobicoke. In response to its growth the company moved in 2000 to a new 38,000 sqft facility in Brampton. Now with continued growth they have moved into a newly constructed building, set to occupy 60,000 sqft.

New NRI website launched. Site now includes Flash tour of NRI's facilities and services.

NRI Distribution Inc. becomes a recognized member of the Canadian Border Services Agency (CSBA) “Partners in Protection” (equivalent to the American C-TPAT program). Through the Partners in Protection program, the CBSA and private industry have combined efforts to enhance border security, combat organized crime and terrorism, increase awareness of customs compliance issues, and help detect and prevent contraband smuggling.

"Dated Inventory Report" added to NRI's Web Tools on the secure login page. Allows vendors to login and set age-of-inventory parameters to view a custom generated report.
